65k is actually the cheapest Type R in Canada that I've heard of so far. Most of the Honda dealers that have called myself or others are wanting 70k+. For A91 special edition Supras, I was willing to pay anywhere between 3-5k markup but the dealers ended up marking it up to 120k (40k mark up) and A91s were marked up 30k.
