I have tried to update the Android system in the settings but it won't upgrade. I have read online in a forum it won't go above the current version (off the top of my head something like 4.4.2).

It says that it is on Android version 5.0.2. Can its software be updated any further - if so how? I'm wondering if I can get Android 10/11 onto it, as some new apps are saying that the tablet is not compatible.
