For best results, you should wear the watch while sleeping. The watch requires three weeks of consistent sleep data to display your heart rate variability status. Your seven-day average HRV is within your baseline range. Your seven-day average HRV is above or below your baseline range. Your seven-day average HRV is well below your baseline
Select the strength option, stop it when you are done at the gym and don't worry about hitting the lap button for sets. It will tell you what you want. Alternatively you could simply select the "cardio" option and again don't hit the lap button (I like to when I'm doing HIIT). firststate • 4 yr. ago.
One notable difference between the two watches can be found at the back: the Fenix 7 uses the new Elevate V4 optical heart rate sensor, first seen in the Garmin Venu 2, which has a different LED

I just purchased a new Fenix 6 watch yesterday, and i am facing an issue with heart rate sensor, it is showing - - most of the time, when i place it correctly on the wrist or in my palm, it just shows the heart rate for few secs and goes back to - - . only it worked, when i was running outside, 5k, after few mins, it
Avoid scratching the heart rate sensor on the back of the watch. Wear the watch above your wrist bone. The watch should be snug but comfortable. Wait until the icon is solid before starting your activity. Warm up for 5 to 10 minutes and get a heart rate reading before starting your activity.

Hi guys, I recently bought a Fenix 6x Pro and do a run bike multi-sport twice a week. Since switching from my Fenix 5 Plus I cant see any option to download the stored heart rate data from a Garmin Tri HRM after the multi-sport activity is saved.

My Fenix 5 lasts two weeks on a charge, while being hooked up constantly to my phone, if I don't use gps for anything. Even using gps and recording activities for 2 to 3 hours per day it'll still last nearly a week. I'm pretty happy with that. My Fenix 2 would be wiped out in a couple days doing that. The 26 software update , resulted in my fenix 6x. Pro to drain battery very quickly . I charged it 100% didn’t do any activity and it fell in 30% in one day. Also the gps is not accurate . I mean the watch is useless with this software updaTe .
Good morning. I have experienced the same issues. I updated my max heart rate, but still ended up with very little anaerobic benefit or seen any zone 5 performances. Zone 5 is set at 90-100 percent of max heart rate and max heart rate was set at 175 bpm, which should put any effort over 157 bpm in the zone 5 area.
